Book publishers usually orienting their business on the books and the results published in the conventional book sales. Many book publishers are paying less attention to the author or the client as one of their most important customers. One of the keys to the customer service is the customer data management and project well. This research aims to generate information system to manage customer data and projects, as well as supporting the delivery of information via email, the so-called Information Systems Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Development of the system is done starting from the identification and analysis of problems, needs analysis, system design, system implementation and testing. By using the programming language PHP and Database Management System (DBMS) MySQL, the results of this study are expected to help the company's activities in the Marketing Department in maintaining relationships with customers.
