"The study, entitled \"Effect of Internal Communications Against Work Ethic (Survey On Saka\r\nBahari Organization Kwartir Cabang City of Yogyakarta in The Elaboration Period 2011-2013)\"\r\nis aimed at finding out if significant influence of internal communication with member\r\norganizations work ethic saka bahari kwartir cabang city of Yogyakarta period from 2011 to\r\n2013.\r\nThe background research on the background by the presence of a good work ethic in this\r\norganization even though the organization is classified as a social organization, could be affected\r\nby either internal communications or by other factors. The theory used in this study include\r\nhuman relations theory is to explain that the relationships and interactions that occur within an\r\norganization influential in the success of the organization.The type of research used is\r\nquantitative research method used was a survey. The population is a member organizations work\r\nethic saka bahari kwartir cabang city of Yogyakarta, amounting to 75 people.\r\nAfter doing research, analysis, and discussion proved that this hypothesis has been proved that\r\ncan be summed up as follows: internal communication correlation coefficient of 0.125 with a\r\nwork ethic. Sig. generated at 0.286> 0.05, it can be concluded that the relationship between the\r\ntwo variables between internal communication and work ethic to have a relationship very low\r\nand not significant. This can happen because the organization under study possible is not a social\r\norganization that promotes economic organization a good performance. And by looking at the\r\nresults of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (r2) which is the amount of influence\r\nof the two variables . The coefficient of determination of internal communication is the work\r\nethic of 0.016, which means the effect of 1.6%.
