This study aims to determine seismic vulnerability index value, the value of peak ground acceleration in Jetis subdistrict, the value of ground shear strain, and the phenomenons of ground hazard of ground shear strain in Jetis subdistrict. Microtremor measurement have done on 33 points with 1 km spacing. The form of data have recorded are amplification value (A) and natural frequency ( ) then the analysis method used Horizontal to Vertical Spectral Ratio (HVSR) which it was used to calculate the value of the seismic vulnerability index. Peak ground acceleration calculation have done by using the Kanai method. Ground shear strain is obtained by calculating two parameters the seismic vulnerability index and the peak ground acceleration. If ground shear strain value have known then the effects hazard phenomenon can be known. The results showed that the seismic vulnerability index values ranged from s cm 6 2 1,0.10 to s cm 6 2 31,1.10 . The range of peak ground acceleration value between 34.10 gal and 72 gal. Value of ground shear strain ranged between 4 1,2.10 and 4 6,0.10 . Potential of phenomenon of ground motion hazards from this study are ground shaking, ground cracking and settlement.
