Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis anggrek tanah dan mengetahui komposisi vegetasi lantai di sekitar anggrek tanah di kawasan jalur pendakian utama Gunung Andong, Magelang, Jawa Tengah. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan garis bantu transek berupa jalur pendakian utama Gunung Andong. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu secara Purpossive Sampling untuk menentukan peletakan plot vegetasi lantai berdasarkan keberadaan anggrek tanah dengan ukuran 1 m x 1 m. Analisis data vegetasi lantai di sekitar anggrek tanah yaitu dengan menghitung nilai densitas, frekuensi, dan Indeks Nilai Penting (INP). Hasil penelitian ditemukan ada 14 jenis anggrek tanah di kawasan Jalur Pendakian Gunung Andong yaitu Appendicula alba BI., Arundina graminifolia (D.Don.) Hochr., Caladenia carnea R. Br., Calanthe ceciliae Rchb.f. in Gard. Chron., Cheirostylis javanica J.J. Sm, Habenaria loerzingii J.J. Sm., Habenaria multipartita BI. ex Kraenzl., Herminium lanceum (Thun. ex Sw.) J. Vuyk., Malaxis sp., Microtis unifolia (Forst.f.) Rchb. F., Paphiopedilum javanicum (Reinw. ex Lindl.) Pfitz., Spathoglottis plicata BI., Thelymitra javanica BI., Zeuxine strateumatica (L.) Schltr. Komposisi vegetasi lantai di sekitar anggrek tanah tercatat ada 52 jenis dari 24 famili. Vegetasi lantai di sekitar anggrek tanah dengan indeks nilai penting tertinggi berturut-turut yaitu Ageratina riparia (30,684%), Imperata cylindrica (29,704%), Pogonatherum crinitum (23,877%), Gonostegia hirta (16,913%), dan Digitaria sanguinalis (11,980%). Sedangkan vegetasi lantai dengan INP terendah yaitu Vernonia cinerea dan Amphineuron opulentum (0,259%).
