Abstract

The title of this research is “the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility activities through the Partnership and Community Development (Qualitative descriptive study on PT. Madubaru PG-PS Madukismo Yogyakarta)”. the background of the problem in this research is the partnership and community development of PT. Madubaru PG-PS Madukismo with its partners who able to penetrate the internasional market. One of the partner is Gujahe, in which has exported its products abroad. Can the success of established partners PT. Madubaru PG-PS Madukismo it is be said, the implementation of CSR activity through the partnership and community development program appropriate to the implementation of CSR modern era which consist of strategy CSR implementation, performance unit analysis, and CSR report. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method, that describes the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility through the partnership and community develepment at PT. Madubaru PG-PS Madukismo. The subjects of the research division officer PKBL and existing of documentation PT. Madubaru PG-PS Madukismo. The methods of data collection in this study is using gradually interviews, observation, and literature. While the validity of the data using the technique of triangulation of data or resources. The implementation of CSR through the CSR activities at PT. Madubaru PG-PS Madukismo measured by the modern era of CSR implementation, which is implementation strategy, the unit of analysis in the implementation of CSR and report which in accordance with the implementation of the modern era. However, in the implementation of CSR activities, documentation of results showing the reduced morbidity and mortality (in health), or reduced rate of illiteracy and increasing human resources ability (in education) or other parameters accoeters to the chosen field of the CSR by companies is not supplied by the auditor independent to the company. So companies have know yet to the out come of the partnership that has been going on.
