Abstract

This study is aims to find out the relationship of social support and subjective well-being to SMP N 7 Yogyakarta’s adolescence. The subjects for this study is SMP N 7 Yogyakarta’s students. This study used 96 students of 8th grade. This study use correlational method. The data we gained by using social support scale and subjective well-being scale. The data were analized by using regression technique in SPSS 20 programe. The result is r(xy) = 0,452 , R2 = 24% and p = 0,000. It shows that there is a significance positive relationship of social support and subjective well-being to SMP N 7 Yogyakarta’s adolescence. We did additional analysis to find out which is the most influentialsources of social support to adolescence’s subjective well-being. Social support from friend is the most influential source of social support to adolescence’s subjective well-being. It showed with R = 0,440 and p = 0,000 with R2 = 19,3 %.
