Abstract

The thesis has a purpose to find out relationship between Interior Design of Perpustakaan ICBC Yogyakarta with visitor’s comfortness in reading. The methods used in this research were questionnaire, observation and documentation in the form written report making by ICBC Library Yogyakarta. The instrument used for primary data collection was a questionnaire using closed likert scale. Xample was needed in this study was 33 peoples. To analize data in this resesearch was used a formula correlation coefficient product moment and linear regression. The research results achieved is there is a relationship of interior design library with visitor’s reading comfortness that indicated by the result of comparation of > (0.342> 0.334). The determination coefficient value of interior design with visitor’s comfortness in reading is 0,342. It means the higher value of interior design Design of Perpustakaan ICBC (Institute For Community Behavioral Change), the higher value visitor’s comfortness in reading.
