Abstract

State Islamic University Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta has several systems that have been running and linked with the system lecturer performance, such as the system of lectures, lecturer performance index, service learning, research, community service (Sub system of Academic Information System) and other systems. All of these systems will greatly assist in the reporting and evaluation of faculty performance if they can be integrated with Performance Information Systems Lecturer used. This research aims to build a Lecturer Performance Information System that can be connected with other sub-systems that exist in the State Islamic University Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. System development methods with Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach is an appropriate method to quickly build a system by utilizing modules that already exists. This method has 3 stages: Required Planning, Design Process and Implementation. This method is also flexible to changes that may occur at any time in the development process. Some features of the system that can be integrated with systems which have been running include, features Lecturer Workload Plan (RBKD) and Performance Lecturer in education and teaching, Research, Community Service, support and compilation features lecturer performance. Development of lecturer performance is expected to help facilitate lecturers in conducting the evaluation of lecturer performance in each semester.
