Abstract

The existence of adequate road infrastructure is needed. In addition to the economic progress and development of adequate roads is very necessary for the safety and comfort of the rider. If there are broken road that are dangerous and cause accidents. Based on Article 13 of Law no. 38 In 2004, the government and the local government as an organizers of the street have a mandatory obligation to prioritize the preservation, maintenance and periodic inspection of the level of service to maintain the road in accordance with the prescribed minimum service standards. Financing the development of public roads and bridges is the responsibility of the government and / or local governments. In preservation, maintenance and inspection of the road need a lot of fund, while the government owned limited funds. To overcome these problems, needed a system that can be used to assist in the decision making process of determining road repair. This study uses an Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. AHP is the most widely used method in problem solving multiple criteria. In determining the location of roadwork there are four basic criteria used road conditions, road function, the function of traffic and public complaints. The results showed that the developed system successfully implemented the AHP in the final weight calculating process of road data in Bina Marga Yogyakarta. This system can be applied to decision support systems to support the selection of the proposed road repairs. Based on the results of functional testing system, all respondents agreed that the application be made to work properly. Based on the results of testing the system interface, shows that average of total score each functions is 101.835 in the rating scale between 97.51 - 120 (Very Good).
