Abstract

The research on creatinine sensor design based of resistance for urine analyzer has been done. The purpose of this research is creating and caracterizing a resistance sensor for urine analyzer. This sensor research will be used to analyze normal urine and urine is affected by kidney disorders as well as early detection of cases of kidney disorders. This research was conducted in three phases : measuring of resistance urine, manufacturing resistance sensor, and getting the characterization of resistance sensor. Resistance measurement of urine using LCR Meter. Urine samples that have been measured as much as 30 samples of normal human urine The result showed that the minimum urine resistance is 1 MΩ and the maximum urine resistance is 2 MΩ. This value is used as the basis for manufacture of sensors. In the manufacture of sensors lowest value reduced by 50% to 0.5 MΩ, It is meant for urine containing creatinine can be measured . Sensors are used utilizing a voltage divider circuit with four resistors in series. Characterization of the sensor so that the sensors are made to be used optimally. Characterization of sensors using multiple resistors , with each resistor is measured as much as 10 repetitions. The transfer function of resistance sensor is V = 3,4686
