Abstract
The title of this research is “Stage of Community Development by Corporate Affairs PT. Djarum Division (Qualitative Descriptive program sanitation contest in Medini Village Undaan Kudus). The aim this research is to understand the stage and Community Development type sanitation contest in Medini Undaan Kudus by Corporate Affairs PT. Djarum, and as model for Public Relations practitioner to formulate Community Development contest type and social sector. Background from this research, many corporate social responsibility especially social sector have type activity that bored and monotonous. This corporate social responsibility sanitation contest reputed as type activity corporate social responsibility with perspective community development and not many finding in the word corporate social responsibility, and then very interesting if our understand how stage and Community Development contest type and social sector. The approach used the qualitative descriptive. The subject of research is corporate affairs PT. Djarum division. Data collection was obtained through indepth interview, observations, and documentation. The result revealed show that Community Development disagned by Corporate Affairs PT. Djarum with adapting situation Medini society. Stage on this Community Development programme include problem posing, problem analysis, determining aims and objectives, action plans, implementasion programme, and evaluation.
