Abstract

Linux Geekers is an online shop selling Linux and Open Source clothes and merchandise using pre-order system. The customer can order a product when the product has been done. The customer paid in full or down payment, the money can be used to produce the product. In this pre-order system there are some constraints, one of them is the owner hard to determine which product that will produce first. So that, to help the determination of production pre-order product, it needed a system that can manage the data product and result the rank of weighted score calculation product. One of the decision support methods is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). AHP is a comprehensive and structural decision making model. Beside that, AHP is widely used to overcome multiobcjective problems. To determine the production of pre-order product there are seven criterias which are order quantity, raw material availability, production cost, profit, production capacity, order deadline, and X factor (certainty level). The data input is calculated by system using AHP and the output is total score of each product, then it will be obtained product rank from the highest to the lowest score. The research’s result show that the system give alternative rank of weighted score calculation using AHP method. The testing of alpha and beta system show that the system is appropriate with the expectation.
