Abstract

A flourishing business spa in jogjakarta and idea of the Spa as a lure tourism make businessmen spa compete to run the activity of marketing communications. These improvements in supported by increasingly the spread of internet users.W & W Spa use Facebook as one of the media in the activities of marketing communications.W & W Spa is one of the Spa who had six Facebook account and had so many Friends. In this research are synthesis problem namely how social network Facebook as a medium of marketing communications W & W Spa. The theory used in this research is the theory of Marketing CommunicationsMix (Promotion Mix). The method used is qualitative desktiptif method. This research is classified as qualitative descriptive because it lays out the situation and generate descriptive data from observations and interviews to the subject regarding the use of Facebook as a social networking media marketing communications WW Spa. The data obtained from the field, then the data is processed and analyzed by selecting the appropriate information to the topic discussion, and then presents a summary of these and draw conclusions. Furthemore, to strengthen the results of these studies, the validity of the method used by using triangulation of data sources drawn from outside parties who are experienced according to the research topic. W & W Spa make the Facebook each Consumer segment for some like WWspa Sahabat cantiqis a special facebook member, BABY & KIDS Spa is facebook for mothers who had babies and toddlers. Fan Page Woman and Woman Spa Yogyakarta, Woman and Woman Spa. The result of this research are three communicarion marketing mix used W & W Spa rhere are advertising, public relations, and sales promotions.
