Abstract
Th e author has thought that an Islamic educational institution including a Madrasah will face opportunities and challenges in today’s global era. Madrasah will always be in demand and sought aft er by the public, if the conduct of the madrasah itself towards positive changes and better quality. To change the direction of a qualifi ed and better Madrasah, we should pay attention to two important factors. Firstly, there is earnest eff ort of the government to improve the educators.
