Abstract

This research aim to describe how to crisis management Dynasty Fashion. Crisis is the most feared by the company, because it can destruct company reputation. Crisis advent unknown, but it suddenly. But not all crisis make bring in a risk, otherwise give an opportunity to bringing forward the company. That’s all depend on how to handle it. With true crisis management, so that crisis can be probabilities more better. Such as Dynasty Fashion public relation do maxsimal. In this crisis managament Dynasti Fashion’s public relation by immediate crisis type, and the strages that used involve in the crisis type include in prodromal stage. This phase is hard enough, because in that fire cause big loss for the company. After that then start the crisis management phase. First identification and analyzing until recovery the company condition by using step’s the handling of crisis, this is: preparing a contigency plan, appoint press secretary, to move quickly in response to crisis, providing accurate information to the media, thingking long-term and short-term decided to act. The research uses qualitative descriptive method to receive accurate data. Goal of this research is to knowing the Public Relation of Dynasty Fashion’s management crisis after the fire disaster, also knowing the Public Relation role in that management crisis. The outcome that obtainable is Public Relation’s management by doing that crisis is primerly. With that primerly results the public relation of Dynasty Fashion has done their role very good, that is help the company to bringing back the company conditions that crisis experience as usual.
