Abstract

Cooperatives have an important role in the economic development of society and the environment in social and economic terms. Cooperatives in Indonesia has a very rapid development, many micro businesses are supported by a customer with the cooperative. In a cooperative client bookkeeping cooperative is still largely done manually. Hence the need for an application to facilitate the monitoring of the cooperative's customers either by using digital media map. Digital map based applications map areas of potential customers by reference to non-performing loans issued by Bank Indonesia to count the number of customers good debt and bad debt. Results of making this application in the form of geographic information system showing the areas of cooperative customers with high levels of congestion customer or potential areas of low customer traffic jams. This application can be used as a reference in the cooperative received a new customer refers to a region of potential customers.
