Abstract

[INDONESIA] Perusahaan-perusahaan syariah di Indonesia memiliki batasan-batasan tertentu yang ditetapkan dalam penggunaan sumber dana dan modal kerja yang berfungsi untuk mendanai aktivitas investasi perusahaan dan dapat meningkatkan profitabilitas perusahaan. Semestinya dengan batasan-batasan yang ditetapkan dalam penggunaan modal kerja tersebut, perusahaan syariah juga mampu untuk menghasilkan profitabilitas dengan optimal dan diharapkan dapat lebih baik dari perusahaan-perusahaan umum lainnya. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh rasio struktur modal dan pengelolaan modal kerja terhadap tingkat profitabilitas perusahaan-perusahaan yang terdaftar di Daftar Efek Syariah Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya keputusan penggunaan struktur modal sebagai sumber pendanaan bagi perusahaan dan juga pentingnya pengoptimalan modal kerja dalam sebuah perusahaan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan-perusahaan yang terdaftar di DES dan konsisten melaporakan laporan keuangan selama periode 2010-2014. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui Pojok Bursa Efek Indonesia Universitas Kristen Duta Wacana (UKDW) dan dari Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD). Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dan ekpslanatori dengan metode analisis data statistik deskriptif dan uji hipotesis. Variabel dependen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah profitabilitas perusahaan yang diwakili oleh tingkat return on invested capital (ROIC), sedangkan variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah DER (debt to equity ratio) sebagai proxy dari struktur modal, dan rasio aset lancar terhadap total aset, rasio lancar, dan rasio utang lancar terhadap total aset sebagai proxy pengelolaan modal kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama variabel independen penelitian yang terdiri dari DER, rasio aset lancar terhadap total aset, rasio lancar, dan rasio utang lancar terhadap total aset berpengaruh terhadap tingkat ROIC perusahaan-perusahan yang terdaftar di DES Indonesia. Secara parsial variabel rasio aset lancar terhadap total aset berpengaruh secara positif terhadap tigkat ROIC perusahaan. Variabel rasio lancar dan rasio utang lancar terhadap total aset berpegaruh secara negatif terhadap tingkat ROIC perusahaan. Hanya ada satu variabel yang tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap tingkat ROIC, yaitu variabel DER. [ENGLISH] ABSTRAC Sharia firms in Indonesia have distinctive restrictions specified in the use of source of funds and working capital that serves to finance the company's investment activity and can increase the profitability of the company. Supposedly with the limitations set forth in the use of working capital, sharia company is also able to produce optimal profitability and is expected to be better than other public enterprises. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the influence of the ratio of capital structure and working capital management to the level of profitability of the companies listed in the List of Islamic Securities Indonesia (Daftar Efek Syariah Indonesia). This research is motivated by the importance of the funding decision of capital structure as a source of funding for the company and also the importance of working capital optimization in a company. The sample used in this study are that companies listed on DES and consistent report the financial statements during the period 2010-2014. Sample selection is done by purposive sampling method. The data in this study using secondary data obtained through the Indonesian Stock Exchange Corner Christian University Duta Discourse (UKDW), print and electronic media. This study is a quantitative study with descriptive statistical methods of data analysis and explanatory. The dependent variable used in this study is the profitability of the companies represented by the rate of return on invested capital (ROIC), while the independent variables used in this study is the DER (debt to equity ratio) as a proxy of the capital structure, and current assets to total assets ratio, current ratio, and current liabilities to total assets ratio as a proxy for the management of working capital. The results showed that jointly independent variables of research consisting of DER, the current assets to total assets ratio, current ratio, and the current liabilities to total assets ratio affect the level of ROIC to enterprises registered in DES Indonesia, while in partial the current assets to total assets ratio positively affect to rate ROIC company's. Variable current ratio and the current liabilities to total assets ratio having an effect negatively on the level of ROIC companies. There is only one variable that does not significantly affect to level to ROIC, that is variable DER.
