Abstract

Financial Sustainability Ratio (FSR) is the ratio used to measure the sustainability of a bank in terms of bank performance. This ratio is able to predict the sustainability of a bank that is seen from the aspect of the bank's financial performance. The better the financial performance of a bank, then the better the financial sustainability of the bank ratio. In this study, will examine the factors that affect the financial sustainability ratio. The purpose of this study was to examine factors of financial sustainability ratio on Islamic banking in Indonesia period of the year 2010-2015. The sample in this study were taken by purposive sampling method and sample obtained 11 banks in Indonesia. The period used in this peneltitian is 6 years old. The analysis technique used is the technique of panel data regression. From the test results chow and Hausman test is done then the regression testing was done by using fixed effect. Results of regression testing showed that simultaneous return on assets, capital adequacy ratio, non-performing financing, operating costs per operating income, financing to depocit ratio, company size, and core net operating margin significantly affect the financial sustainability ratio. While partially, the variables that affect financial sustainability is the ratio of operating costs per operating income, and the size of the company. The results of the coefficient of determination showed the number of 0.713779.
