Abstract

Koperasi is a joint venture that is engaged in the economy.The member of this bussiness is they who have a weak economy and join voluntarily and on the basis of equal rights, have the obligation to make an effort that aims to meet the needs of its members. Koperasi Pondok Pesantren Al-Munawwir, Krapyak, Yogyakarta is a business cooperation and managed entirely by students. Koperasi Pesantren was established specifically to meet the needs of the students and the people around that generally would like to meet other needs such as the purchase of daily necessities, books, book, warpostel as well as savings and loans. This study aims to examine the impact of participation of members, the revenue, and cooperation management of boarding school to the welfare of members, seen from the perspective of Islamic economics. The object of this study is the koperasi Pondok Pesantren Al-Munawwir. The sampling method is done by purposive sampling method. Number of members sampled in this study was 83 members, who will then be proven by statistical analysis of the data. Based on the data processing has been conducted by researchers, the results of the analysis proved that the participation of members influence positively but not significant to the welfare of members of Koperasi Pondok Pesantren Al-Munawwir Krapyak, Yogyakarta. income gives no significant negative effect on the welfare of members of Koperasi Pondok Pesantren Al- Munawwir Krapyak, Yogyakarta. Management has positive and significant impact on the welfare of members of Koperasi Pondok Pesantren Al-Munawwir Krapyak, Yogyakarta.
