Abstract
Indonesia is a country that rich with potential for natural resources, both renewable agricultural products) and non-renewable (mining and minerals). Wealth of natural resources owned by Indonesia should be managed as optimally as possible, by increasing the processing industries provide high added value and reduce the export of raw materials. This study aimed to examine the effect of the growth of the company, asset structure, profitability and free cash flow for the policy of mining companies registered in the List of Islamic Securities years 2012-2015. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. Companies sampled in this study are 9 companies, which will then be proven by statistical analysis of the data. Based on the data that has been done, the results of the analysis prove that the company's growth, asset structure and Free cash flow do not affect the company's debt policy. Profitability negatively affect corporate debt policy.
