Abstract
The aim of this research is to describe the result of the implementation of National Standards Library 009:2011 and compare the compatibility of the Library of SMA N 1 Prembun and library of MAN Kutowinan with National Standard Library 009:2011 for the collection, infrastructure, library services and library personnel. This research uses qualitative method with evaluative approach. The method for collecting data is observation, interview, and documentation. The analysis uses descriptive approach, the teory states that the collected data is divided into two groups: quantitative and qualitative.Validity and reliability of data re use the credibility, transferability, dependability. The result showed that: 1. The application of SNP 009: 2011 in the Library of SMA N 1 Prembun reached 70.83% in terms of collections, facilities and infrastructure, and library services. As for criteria that are not appropriate, a collection of audio-visual, the visit programs, literacy programs, promotion of libraries, library cooperation, and library personnel. The compatibility library of MAN Kutowinangun reached 83.33% in terms of collections, facilities and infrastructure of the library, library services, and library personnel.As for criteria that are not appropriate, a collection of audio-visual, technology services, the program must visit and information literacy. That means the library of MAN Kutowinangun to have a better performance compared with the achievements of SMA N 1 Prembun Library by the National Library Standard 009: 2011.
