Abstract

The level of competition today's businesses increasingly increasingly severe and rigorous strategy to win the market is a must for every company. The Company was established with the aim to boost the company's value. Data have been obtained by using analytical tools required and the discussion on the research results. This study aimed to examine the effect of differences in profitability (ROA), Liquidity (CR) and debt policy (DAR) to the value of companies in the group LQ 45 and Indonesia Sharia Stock Index (ISSI). This study observation period of three years ie from 2012-2015, where the number of samples used in ISSI index of 100 with a sample of his one year as many as 25 companies and LQ 45 at 56 with a sample of his one year as many as 14 companies , The results showed simultaneous profitability, liquidity, and debt policy affect the value of the company, and there is a difference of profitability, liquidity and debt policy in ISSI and LQ 45 index.
