Abstract

Economic growth is one instrument that has an important role in the economy of a country / region. Based on data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) that from 2010-2014 Economic growth in Southeast Sulawesi province grows better when compared with the national economic growth. This study aims to analyze the influence of local revenue (PAD), investment (FDI and PMDN), and labor force working on economic growth in Southeast Sulawesi Province in 2010-2014. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from related agencies such as the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The method used in this research using panel data regression with Fixed Effect Model analysis. The results showed that the variable of local income (PAD) and investment (PMA and PMDN) had a negative and significant effect on economic growth, while the variable of work force had positive and insignificant effect on economic growth in Southeast Sulawesi Province. From the results of F test the value of determination coefficient obtained for 0.497516 which means the original income variable of blood, investment and labor can explain the economic growth variables of 49.7516%, while the remaining 50.2484% is explained by other variables that are not included in Research model in.
