Abstract

This study attempts to analyzing the factors that affect interest the fact of creating companies small and medium macro entrepreneurs the offender in the way of Laksda Adisucipto, Caturtunggal, Depok, Sleman. A population that in the sample used in this research is the main entity micro and small entrepreneurs who in the vicinity of the road laksda adisucipto. The data were drawn in the form of 50 respondents with the methods of sampling purposive namely the sample collection based on the criteria according to researchers. The taking of data using a technique kuisioner. A method of processing data that is used is statistical researcher product moment and service solution (SPSS) version 20 . This research result indicates variable bismis environment and traffic congestion will not affect the fact of creating companies interest in the way of laksda adisucipto. While variable aksesibilitas, visibility, a norm subjective and income expectations influential significantly on the performance of the fact of creating companies interest in the way of Laksda Adisucpto.
