Abstract

Balance Fund, Human Development Index (HDI), and Capital Expenditure is a contributing factor in the formation of GDP so as to encourage the economic growth of a region. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Balance Fund, Human Development Index (HDI), and Capital Expenditure on economic growth in the District / City of Yogyakarta Province. The analytical method used is the Data Panel with the help of software Microsoft Excel 2007 and E-views 8. The secondary data used are time series data from 2006 to 2014 and the period of cross section data that is on the District / City in DIY. The independent variables consist of Balance Fund, Human Development Index (HDI), and Capital Expenditure, while the dependent variable is Economic Growth. The results showed that the variables Balance Fund and Human Development Index (HDI) simultaneously and partially positive and significant effect on Economic Growth in regencies / cities in DIY. Capital Expenditure while simultaneously and partially not significant to the economic growth in Regency / City in DIY. Rated R2 in this research is 0.529132. This suggests that at 52.9132 percent Growth in Regency / City in the province affected by the independent variable and the remaining variables 47.0868 influenced variables outside the model.
