Abstract

Establishment of regional autonomy that has been set by the government have an impact on some sectors, one of which is the economy. In determining the budget each region has differences with one another depending on the needs of each region. One of the indicators of economic growth are the GDP growth to measure the level of productivity of each region. This study takes the time span 2011 to 2013, with some of the variables considered to affect the GDP Regency / City in Central Java. The analytical method used in this research is panel data regression. Where variables and variable dependentnya PDRB independentnya form of budget funds on education, health and infrastructure. Once the testing is done munggunakan eviews 8. The test results memunjukan that the health funds and infrastructure variables significantly influence the GDP, while the education fund no significant effect on the GDP.
