Abstract

This research aims to know the effect of variable motivation intrinsic, motivation material, work environment, job market considerations, motivation spritual to the against interest of the student economic sharia UIN Sunan Kalijaga to work in the bank sharia. This research is empirical research with quantitative approach which involves the use of statistical analysis. This research is using the primary data. The tool used in this research is logistic regression with SPSS software version 16. The results of this research show that the variable motivation intrinsic, motivation material, work environment has an influence on the career in bank sharia, but job market considerations and motivation spritual doesn‟t influence on the career in bank sharia.
