Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of financing Islamic finance institutions are given to the perpetrators of the Micro small and medium enterprises in the city of Yogyakarta, human resources owned by the perpetrators as well as the marketing strategy of the Micro small and medium enterprises conducted by the perpetrators of the Micro small and medium enterprises against the performance of the Micro small and medium enterprises. The population was used as a sample in this research are the Micro small and medium enterprises that perform financing in Islamic finance institutions in the city of Yogyakarta. The data is taken in the form of 80 respondents to the questionnaire data retrieval method. Data processing method used is the Structural Equation Model researchers (SEM) application with SMARTPLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that Islamic financial institutions financing variable support positively and significantly to the performance of the Micro small and medium enterprises in the city of ogyakarta. While human resources does not have an effect on the performance of the Micro small and medium enterprises in the city of Yogyakarta. While variable marketing strategy also does not affect the performance of the Micro small and medium enterprises in the city of Yogyakarta.
