Abstract

Memorizing the Qur'an is urgent to be developed in every Islamic educational institution both School and Madrasah as it is an effort to maintain the originality of the Qur'an which is absolutely obligatory for Muslims, forming a noble person and improving intelligence. Therefore, the success of the program tahfidz al-Qur'an for educational institutions is an important thing. This study aims to: (1) describe and analyze the problem of learning process tahfidz al- Qur'an in MI Ma'arif Bego and analysis of tahfidz al-Qur'an learning method used in MI Ma'arif Bego (2) Learning tahfidz al-Qur'an for MI Ma'arif Bego (3) Validation test of developed method. Research method used in this research is research and development or research and development (R & D) with quantitative and qualitative approach. The development model used in this research is the development model of Five Stage Main (Mantap) which only taken three stages are: (1) phase I (Research and Introduction) (2) Phase II (Development of Model / Product) (3) Stage III ( Test Validation Model). Source of data is done by purposive sampling. Data collection using observation techniques, interviews, and questionnaires used for validation of methods developed. The method of method validation is done by experts / practitioners and practitioners through delphi technique. Results of research and development of learning methods tahfidz al-Qur'an in MI Ma'arif Bego. Perama methods used in learning tahfidz al-Qur'an less vareatif so less conducive learning and students easily feel bored in following tahfidz al-Qur'an learning. The second development of learning method tahfidz al- Qur'an tahfidz al-Qur'an learning stages that emphasize the frequency of drill training, with the steps: (1) Imitate (2) Peer Teaching (3) Rainforcement ( 4) Recall (4) Personal Performance. The three validation results from experts and practitioners state that the methods developed are feasible to be tested or used in learning tahfidz al-Qur'an. With the result of an average score of 87,179 which is stated greater than 75 standard specified in testing the feasibility of a product. Similarly, the score of each validation component item shows a score greater than 75. Keywords: Learning Method, Tahfidz Al-Qur'an
