Abstract

This research is conducted to know how big influence of independent variable that is motivation (X1), education (X2), work ethic (X3) and skill (X4) to work productivity of employee (Y) in BMT BIF Yogyakarta. Samples taken were 48 respondents by using proposive sampling technique. The analysis tool uses SPSS 21 which includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test which includes normality test, heterokedasticity test, multicollinearity test and multiple analysis which include test that is coefficient of determination, F significance test (F statistical test), test of individual parameter significance T test). Based on the test, Against the positive and significant influence between the variables of motivation, education, work ethics and skills to employee work productivity. This shows that the higher the motivation, the work ethic of the employee's education, the higher the productivity of the employee. Based on result of partial test analysis (t test) motivation to work productivity of employee show that value of significance obtained equal to 0,046 ≤ 0,05 and t count equal to (2,050) ≥ t table (2.01290). This means that motivation has a significant positive effect on employee work productivity. Education on employee productivity shows that the value of significance obtained for 0.000 ≤ 0.05 and t arithmetic of (4.341) ≤ t table (2.01290). This means that education has a significant positive effect on employee work productivity. Work ethics on employee productivity shows that the value of significance obtained amounted to 0.029 ≤ 0.05 and t arithmetic of (2.256) ≤ t table (2.01290). This means that work ethics has a significant positive effect on employee work productivity. Skills 0.043 ≤ 0.05 and t arithmetic of (2.091) ≥ t table (2.01290). This means that the skills have a significant positive effect on employee productivity. Keywords: Motivation, Education, Work Ethics, Work Skills and Productivity [INDONESIA] Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh variabel independen yaitu motivasi (X1), pendidikan (X2), Etika Kerja (X3) dan Keterampilan (X4) terhadap produktifitas kerja Karyawan (Y) di BMT BIF Yogyakarta. Sampel yang diambil berjumlah 48 responden dengan menggunakan teknik propisive sampling. Alat analisisnya menggunakan SPSS 21 yang meliputi uji validitas, ujireliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik yang meliputi uji normalitas, uji heterokedastisitas, uji multikolinearitas serta analisis berganda yang meliputi uji yakni koefisien determinasi, uji signifikansi F (uji statistik F), uji signifikansi parameter individual (uji t). Berdasarkan pengujian, Terhadap pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel motivasi, penididkan, etika kerja dan keterampilan terhadap produktifitas kerja karyawan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi motivasi, pendidikan etika kerja yang dimiliki karyawan maka semakin tinggi produktifitas kerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji parsial (uji t) motivasi terhadap produktifitas kerja karyawan menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh sebesar sebesar 0,046 ≤ 0,05 dan t hitung sebesar (2.050) ≥ t tabel (2,01290). Artinya bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap produktifitas kerja karyawan. Pendidikan terhadap produktifitas kerja karyawan menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh sebesar sebesar 0,000 ≤ 0,05 dan t hitung sebesar (4,341) ≤ t tabel (2,01290). Artinya bahwa pendidikan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap produktifitas kerja karyawan. Etika kerja terhadap produktifitas kerja karyawan menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh sebesar sebesar 0,029 ≤ 0,05 dan t hitung sebesar (2,256) ≤ t tabel (2,01290). Artinya bahwa etika kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap produktifitas kerja karyawan. Keterampilan 0,043 ≤ 0,05 dan t hitung sebesar (2.091) ≥ t tabel (2,01290).
