Abstract

With the development of more advanced age, the government, especially at the village level government requires software that can be used to manage their finances. This software is required so that the village government is able to handle the financial problems more quickly than with conventional methods. Scrum Methodology is a software engineering methods using the principles of Agile approach, which relies on the strength of team collaboration, incremental product and process of literacy to achieve the final result. Based on test results, it is known that the overall financial management system of the village can be run either in performing its duties. This is indicated by the results of alpha and beta testing has been done. In alpha testing, the system shows satisfactory results because it can enter data properly, functions in the system can work properly and can display output appropriately.
