Abstract

The number of anime enthusiasts in Yogyakarta became the reason for the establishment of Maximono. Maximono is one of the anime distro in Yogyakarta that produces everything related to anime. Marketing communication is an effort to communicate the product to the consumer so that the product is known by the customer so as to create an interest to buy the product. In marketing the product, a strategy is needed to develop a plan and management to create a goal to achieve. In marketing the product, then needed a strategy called promotion mix. The purpose of this research is to know the promotion mix conducted by Maximono. The focus of this research is how Maximono strategy in doing marketing communication using online media. The research method used is qualitative descriptive method. Maximono uses promotion mix in his product marketing strategy through sales promotion, personal sales, direct marketing, advertising and internet marketing.
