Abstract

RENDEZVOUS SEWINDU HCCS is an event held to commemorate the eighth anniversary of the Honda CB Community Sleman (HCCS). The event has been successfully held on March 26, 2016. The number of visitors who attend counted approximately reaching fifty thousand people from all corners of the archipelago. The event organized by the motor community are practically small, but it is able to attract many people to attend the event. What makes people believe to be pleased to attend the event entitled Satoe Noesa Satoe Bangsa Semoea Biker's Bersaoedara. How is communication planning undertaken by the HCCS motor community? This research uses qualitative descriptive method, and using the method of interview and documentation in the process of collecting data. There are five sources that researcher is related to the data acquisition. Researcher uses triangulation of data sources that aims to show the validity and reliability of research data. The HCCS motor community in the communication planning process includes the selection of the committee chairman or communicator, target setting, messaging techniques, and the last is media or channel selection. In the process of selecting the chairman of the committee or communicator is using the voting method, so that selected M. Robbis/ Zipvo, which is considered to have credibility, attraction and strength to become a communicator. Target or select communicant is all lovers of classic motorcycles Honda CB and C70. Technique preparation of messages used is with informative techniques, persuasive packed in the design and then printed on the media pamphlet. The last process is the media or channel is using media pamphlets and new media (internet) that is facebook and Instagram. Overall communication planning process undertaken by HCCS has relevance to communication planning theory by Hafiedz Cangara in his book planning and communication strategy. Through the stages of communication planning that has been run by HCCS is able to invite participants to attend the event that has been held, so the event reap success in the end.
