Abstract
The research mainly discuss about employees self potential in Ngangkring Apparel that is important for the company. The question of the research is about organization communication can increase employees self-potential? The research was using qualitative descriptive with depth interview, and documentation to gather the data. The result indicates that the communication organization effected the employees self potential through interpersonal communication, discussion, and award
