Abstract

This study aims to (1) Develop Dieng Natural Science Learning video based on the potential of Earth Structure and Solar System of Grade VII of Junior High School (2) To know the quality of learning video of Natural Sciences based on local potential of Dieng for the material of Earth structure and Solar System VIII junior high school (3) Knowing the response of learners to the learning video of Natural Sciences based on local potential of Dieng for the material of Earth structure and Solar System of class VIII Junior High School 4. Knowing the implementation of learning by using Dieng's local potency-based learning video for the material of Earth Structure and Solar System class VII Junior High School. This research is an R & D research with procedural model that adapted development research procedure according to Thiagarajan, Semmel, and Semmel. This study was conducted until the develope stage on a wide trial. In a limited and extensive trial carried out the implementation test. The research instrument is in the form of criticism sheet and suggestion for validator, the module quality rating sheet using Likert scale in the form of checklist for material experts, media experts and Natural Science teachers, and observation sheet on Guttman scale test in the form of checklist for observer when observing the implementation in test try limited and broad. The result of the research was developed in the form of Dieng-based local potency-based learning videos for Earth Structure and Solar System of Grade VII of Junior High School. The quality of the video developed by media expert, material expert, and physics teacher of Junior High School Selomerto has excellent quality (SB) and Good (B) with the overall average score in sequence ie 3.47, 3.49 and 2, 91. Student's response to the Dieng-Based Natural Potential Learning Video for Materials of Earth Structure and Solar System of Grade VII of Junior High School, whether in small-scale field trials or large-scale field trials is the Yes or Agree category. The average score of each is 0.82 and 0.85, which shows that the learning video of Natural Sciences based on the local potential of Dieng can be accepted by the students of VII grade of Junior High School. Implementation of learning by using video in limited trials and extensive trials included in the Yes or Implemented category with an overall average score of 0.67 and 0.78. which shows that the learning video of Natural Sciences based on the local potential of Dieng can be implemented and can be used in learning the concept of material of Earth Structure and Solar System in Grade VII of Junior High School.
