Abstract

This research aims to (1) produce physics pocketbook based SETS, (2) knowing the quality of the physics pocketbook based SETS that has been developed, (3) obtaining the response from student and enforceability of the physics pocketbook based SETS that has been developed. This research belong of Research and Development Studies (R&D) reference to the procedural model. This development research procedure is based on the 4-D model which includes 4 steps, namely Define, Design, Develop, and Desseminate. This research is done until Development steps in step Developmental testing. The technique of data collection in this research is tes and nontes. The Research instrument are criticism and validator suggestion sheets, student response sheet, and enforceability observation sheet. The quality of physics pocketbook based SETS used the Guttman scale, both are in checklist forms. While used descriptive form in enforceability. The research result obtained that, have been developed the physics pocketbook based SETS with quality based on assessment of science specialist, graphic specialist and science teacher has a very good scores, with average score 3,31; 3,57 and 3,82. The response of the students on small field test and large test is agree has shown their values of 0,99 and 0,90. The result from the enforceability of physics pocketbook obtained, students are still confused to describe the equations on simple harmonic motion materials.
