Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions and satisfaction with customer decisions to keep using internet banking services at Sharia Commercial Bank in Semarang City. This research is a quantitative research using survey method. The population in this study are customers who use internet banking at Sharia Commercial Bank of Semarang City with a sample of 100 customers. The results of this study simultaneously indicate that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions and satisfaction significantly influence internet banking continuance intention. Partially, only performance expectancy variable, facilitating condition and satisfaction significantly influence internet banking continuance intention on customers of Sharia Commercial Bank in Semarang City, while effort ecpectancy and social influence variables have no significant effect.
