Abstract

The implementation of teaching learning strategy in some educational institution emphasized on memorize strategy in tematic learning, it caused nothing instruments available (based observation in SDN Ngadirejan, SDN Pringkuku, SDN Glinggangan). In fact, memorize strategy impressed not relevant with Permendikbud Number 22 on 2016 about teaching learning process that emphasized on scientific approach. Other side, the result based observation about behaviour, students in out time learning showed that they always play traditional game, one of them is boi-boinan. This research doing aimed to know the developing stage and the result of implementing the development traditional game boi-boian as an strategy to implant scientific thinking in children of elementary school. Learning strategy is the long plan and approach that investigated related with effective learning process envelop material and media of teaching learning and learning rundown. While, science thought system is the way to think that can that realized based question, scientific data interpreted with the uses of conclution and solution test, available mind, effective communication with other people to get solution from science problem. Traditional game boi-boian in this research develop as the one of implant strategies scientific thinking in elementary school. The implementation design from the researcher here is research and development version Borg and Gall (development by R. Walter Gall, JP. Gall and WR. Borg) consists of 10 stages. The results are : (A) Analysis result needed from teachers and students shows that : teaching strategies selected more emphasis on lecturing, dictation and memorization methods,so as not to be able to implant the scientific thinking to the fullest. Mindset learners tend to be passive, not used to ask, embarrassed opinion, not able to conclude and lack confidence, the teacher never implemented cooperative learning strategies; (B) Validation research and suggestion from the expert toward developing strategy to implant science thought system of elementary school based (RPP) showed good predicate (about 88,9 – 95,8). Some suggestion focus on syntax of scientific approach, teachers and students activity must specific, students activity must appropriate with KI. (C) The calculation using independent sample t-test shows the result that there is significant difference of the value between the control class and the experiment class, that is the t-count is greater than t-table (2,226 2,015) and P value (0,03 0,05), and the average control and experiment class (78.96 82.57). While, based the activenesss result of students, experiment class is more active.
