Abstract

The current use of E-money is still a bit among the students. This can be seen from schools in developed cities that still do not use e-money within the scope of schools. The purpose of this study is to prove the effect of facility, convenience, benefit, security and product quality to satisfaction using e-money transaction (case study of SMK Fahd Islamic School Bekasi) with empirical data and Islamic point of view. This type of research is explanative with quantitative approach and data collection techniques using questionnaires given to 100 students who serve as research samples. The study used statistical data analysis with multiple regression equation which was processed using SPSS 21. The result of the research is based on parametical statistic result that independent variables: facility, ease, benefit, security, and product quality have a significant positive effect partially. The results of this study are in line with the teachings of Islamic Shari'a.
