Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation, leadership style, and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction, and its impact on company performance. The hypothesis proposed: Motivation has a significant influence on employee kinera satisfaction, Leadership Style has no significant effect on employee job satisfaction, Organizational Culture does not have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction, Motivation does not have a significant influence on employee performance, Leadership Style has no significant influence on employee performance, Organizational Culture does not have a significant influence on employee performance, employee job satisfaction is not a significant influence on employee performance. Employee satisfaction cannot mediate the relationship of motivation to employee performance. Employee satisfaction cannot mediate the relationship of leadership style to employee performance. Employee satisfaction cannot mediate the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance. This study uses KSPPS BMT Bima employee objects. The data in this study are primary, using a questionnaire. To facilitate the writer in analyzing this research, the SEM-PLS method is used by using the SmartPLS3 analysis tool. From the analysis obtained the results of motivation directly affect the satisfaction of employee performance. This is due to factors within the employee such as personal responsibility and life demands and work factors such as adequate facilities and clear work mapping, the salary according to the level of work will make employees feel satisfaction in their performance.
