Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain the effect of product knowledge, financial literacy, and perceptions of Islamic banks on the interests of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in financing Islamic banking. The independent variables in this research are product knowledge, financial literacy, and perceptions of Islamic banks. While the dependent variable in this research is the interest of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in financing Islamic banking. This research is a field research which use quantitative descriptive method. The sampling technique used in this research is non probability sampling, namely convenience sampling. The data collection uses a questionnaire with a total sample of 40 respondents who are members of the Himpunan Pengusaha Santri Indonesia (HIPSI) who already have MSMEs. The data analysis applies descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research indicate that the variables of financial literacy and perceptions of Islamic banks have a significant positive effect on the interests of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in financing Islamic banking. While the product knowledge variable does not influence the interests of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in financing Islamic banking.
