Abstract

Information technology development helps film industry gets convenience to distributes their products as well. A lots of film from abroad can be an entertainment for us with their positive values that expected to be well received by the audience. This research aims to knows the perspective of college students to Islamic da’wa messages from film Along With The Gods: The Two Worlds. This research used the perspective theory, organism responses theory and mass media effect’s theory. It used a quantitive approach with survey method. Questionnaries, interview and documentation used for this research with 55 respondents for data collections technique. This research used a purposive sampling and simple tabulation for data analysis by SPSS 16.0 for Windows system. Based on data analysis the results is student's perception for messages of Islamic da'wah to the film Along With The Gods: The Two Worlds is high, it gets 4 for average score.
