Abstract
The purpose of this research was to analyze the corelation of the size of the board of directors, the board of commissioners, the activities of the board of commissioners, independent commissioners, and the audit committee on Return On Investment (ROI) on Islamic banking in Indonesia. This study uses panel with the time periode 2013-2017, using purposive sampling technique, we obtained 6 Islamic banks as research samples. The method on this research was using descriptive statistics, panel data regression estimation, panel data regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this research indicate that partially found a non-significant relationship between the influence of the variable size of the board of commissioners, the activities of the board of commissioners, independent commissioners, and the audit committee to Return on Investment (ROI). Variables that have a significant influence on Return On Investment are the size of the board of directors
