Abstract

The problem of determining poor families has a very important role in social life, especially for the government associated with all forms of programs to eradicate poverty. Determination of poor families also serves as a point to prioritize all forms of assistance available in government programs. In the matter it is quite apparent that the distribution of aid is less well targeted. System development in this research using Waterfall method. Four stages in this method is planning, analysis, design and maintenance. This method is supported by the calculation method Analytical Hierarch Process (AHP) has a simple process flow, coherent, fast, emphasize the speed of building the system as needed. Designing a web based poor determination system with MySQL database The decision support system for determining the poor family that has been built produces the output of poor family rankings, the User can determine the family rankings by including the values used in determining the ranking of poor families in accordance with the applicable regulations. In the administrator section also has the ability to manage the criteria and sub criteria of the rankings data of poor families and not poor. The results of validation test and user satisfaction to 10 respondents show that almost all respondents accept this system. The system can display the rankings based on the priority of the specified criteria.
