Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of the growth of the company (GROWTH), profitability (ROA), asset structure (FAR), and free cash flow (FCF) for the policy of agriculture companies registered in the Indonesia Sharia Stock Index years 2014-2017. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. Companies sampled in this study are 9 companies, which will then be proven by statistical data analysis. Data analysis was carried out with panel data analysis techniques. Significant test results of individual parameters (t statistical t) showed that significant value of GROWTH 0.1556 0.05 (α), ROA 0.0302 0.05, FAR 0.3279 0.05 (α), and FCF 0.7344 0.05 (α). Based on the data that has been done, the results of the analysis prove that the company's growth, asset structure and free cash flow do not affect the company's debt policy. But, profitability negatively affect corporate debt policy. Simultaneously the variables GROWTH, ROA, FAR, dan FCF affect corporate debt policy. The variables GROWTH, ROA, FAR, dan FCF can explain the corporate debt policy in agriculture companies listed in the Indonesia Sharia Stock Index in 2014-2017 amounting to 21,64 %.
