Abstract

Live in the moment of modern like this time to get a job is not easy. The company or agencies opener any job openings gave the standart specifially for selecting applicant in their companies. The standard given by opening job vacancies on average is the last limited of education, namelly senior high school, and the age of the productive age are considered feasible to get a job. The education pis taken by the public Indonesian various kinds of, there is a complete untill the junior high school, or even not felt education at all. Its more complicated the education level low to obtain a job to make the public unemployed the number of unemployed is also influental on the economy of the people now. One of the government effort of the village in combat socio-economic problems is related to the welfare of the public with the formation of a belongining to the village (BUMDes). BUMDes in the effort of the village and community. BUMDes had to streng than the economy o the village. As well as formed bassed on the needs of and considering the potential of the village owned. This study describes the role of what done BUMDes Panggung Lestari in the village Panggungharjo. Empowers people who have the education levels low. As well as the age of not productiveagain to get a jobto improve the state o socio-economic society, effort made by BUMDes Panggung Lestari is doing the diffusion innovation in the from Tourism Village of Kampung Mataraman, triangulation used by this research using triangulations theory to communications development in order to obtain the validity o the processing, the purpose of this study knowing the diffusion innovation BUMDes Panggung Lestari in the process of empowerment of the village Panggungharjo through the development of the Tourism Village of Kampung Mataraman. The role BUMDes Panggung Lestari in empowerment community, the village Panggugharjo able to xvi overcome the problems of proverty and unemplyoment which resulted in a state low economic. In addition, the fulfillment of human needs with the open jobs with the establishment of the Thourism Village of Kampung Mataraman without terms of limitations of education as well as the productive age. Educations Tourism Village of Kampung Mataraman is able to maximize social opportunities, because there is not a lot of job openning for internal parts but a social system like the PKK, UMKM and craftmen of traditional toys which are local residents of the village of Panggungharjo also empowered.
