Abstract

This research aims to build system for evaluate the performance of school principals for SMK/SMA/MA Muhamadiyah. Evaluation of school principals is very important because it could improve professionalism of teacher, especially for school principals that combine with some instrument to know the quality of school principal. Evaluation model that applied is extreme programming method. This method has chosen because it is suitable for small scale systems. This method is one of part for Agile method which has four step : Planning, design, coding and testing. In addition to having a simple process this method also puts forward communication with a client, so if there is a change in the system as desired by the client, it can be done anytime until the client feels enough. The test result showed that evaluation of the performance of school principals have some features for monitoring that is input questioner, view the assessment result, input suggestion and admin has additional features such as the principal mutation. This system can be accessed by the assessment team and school principals. So it makes it easier to do evaluation without having to come to school and save time.
