Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of user acceptance to the aplication of the OPAC of SLiMS library automation system. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The subjects in this study were the STMIK AKAKOM Yogyakarta library users and the objects in this study were the acceptance of the library users on the application of the OPAC of SLiMS library automation system. The sample in this study amounted to 95 samples obtained using the formula from Slovin. This study uses Accidental Sampling as a sampling technique. The results showed that the acceptance of the OPAC of SLiMS library automation system was quite good because most users already felt quite satisfied with the OPAC of SLiMS library automation system. This is proven by the significant positive effect of the variable behavioral intention to use which is an interventing variable from variable perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness to variable actual system use which in this study is the acceptance of the user on the application of the OPAC of SLiMS library automation system. Based on these results, the researchers' advice on the STMIK AKAKOM Yogyakarta Library is to routinely maintenance and repair the SLiMS library automation system.
