Abstract

The use of application in Indonesia more and more scattered, that make companies launch application that can be used in various forms, one of them is transportation application. The emergence of these application get some problem in its use in society because still a lot of people that can’t use the application. This encourages researcher to find out how the user experience against the Grab driver application. This research aims to determine the usefulness of the Grab driver application, by analyzing user experience Grab driver application with the usability test, and analyze what is the service that the easiest or most enjoyable by the driver. Researchers using data analysis techniques used are quantitative, descriptive, statistics. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling from the users of Grab driver application namely ojek online or the drivers, with the number of samples with 31 respondents, data collection using a questionnaire. From the results of the research, the highest results were obtained from several aspects of Jakob Nielsen, Learnability Aspects of 4.19, Efficiency Aspects of 4.03, Memorability Aspects of 3.90, Error Aspects of 4.03, Satisfaction Aspects of 4.12.
