Abstract

The major program of KPw Bank Indonesia’s Corporate Social Responsibility is developing micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMe) clusters. The program provide many benefits that can be implemented in MSMe clusters. One of MSMe clusters that implemented the benefits is Kelompok Tani Ternak Mandiri located in Nganggring, Turi, Sleman. MSMe clusters development program in Kelompok Tani Ternak Mandiri had been started in 2016 and be over in 2018. This study was aimed to learn MSMe clusters development, in particular to know evaluation results using four approach public relation audit principals, these are : culture of communication management, organizing communication, other communications and feedback. After the evaluation then will be analyzed using Corporate Social Responsibility principals, these are : sustainability, accountability, and transparency. This research using descriptive method with qualitative approach. The informants selected by using purposive sampling technique. It employed interview, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that communication process in MSMe Clusters development program is effective and has been qualified of three CSR principals. In addition this program appropriate to be continued and implemented in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. This program worthy of being example for company, agency, as well as organization that would carry out CSR program.
